ACTM joined the trade mission of Prime Minister Rutte to Russia

During his 3 day visit, from Wednesday 19 until Friday 21 October 2011, Rutte has visited the Russian president Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

More than 85 Dutch business people, amongst them 15 CEO’s from Dutch multinationals like ING, Phillips and Shell have travelled to Russia with him. Dutch Minister of Infrastructure and the Environment, Melanie Schultz van Haegen also joined the trade mission. The focus fields of the visit are the energy, agriculture, logistics and transport, health care, airport and aviation and financial sectors.

Thursday October 20, a round table discussion took place about the opportunities of Public Private Partnerships (PPP’s) in Russia. ACTM’s Managing Director, Belinde Bakker, was one of the experts on this topic and has held a presentation about potential strategies to optimize the commercial revenues.
